Private Duty Nurse LPN - High Acuity Toddler Case

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality homecare for pediatric patients, ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care
• Collaborate with a team to deliver services to toddlers with complex needs, including Gtube and trach management
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Support patient safety and comfort
• Deliver personalized nursing care
• Ensure compliance with health standards

Qualifications

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• CPR certification
• Recent TB test
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation required
