About the role
Join a compassionate home healthcare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients with complex needs such as Gtube and Trach.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients' homes.
- Supporting patients and families with compassionate nursing services.
- Providing safe, effective nursing care in a home setting.
- Adhering to clinical protocols and documentation standards.
- Supporting patients with complex medical needs in a high-acuity environment.
Qualifications and skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
