Private Duty Nurse LPN - High Acuity Toddler Case

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality homecare for pediatric patients with complex needs such as Gtube and Trach, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets, support patients and families with compassion, and collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff.
• Adept to flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends, and work in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• CPR certification (training available if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
