About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care, including G-tube and tracheostomy management
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
• Document care electronically
• Support family education
• Maintain compliance with health-related requirements and legal regulations

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
