About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare for pediatric patients with varying acuity levels, including those with Gtube, Trach, and Vent needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes across different schedules and settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilize electronic documentation tools and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB test within 12 months.
• Reliable transportation and preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience.
