Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - High Acuity Toddler

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with complex needs such as Gtube, Trach, and Vent support.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
