Key job responsibilities
- Work backwards from the customer's C-suite and articulate strong, high-growth strategic deals, as well back-feed field insights to AWS Service Teams, Marketing, AWS Services and Partner organization as well as AWS Professional Services.
- Define and execute high impact, business development and go-to-market programs including partners.
- Define and deliver industry solutions and supporting collateral.
- Liaise with the AWS field sales organization, channels and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
- Help create and execute a key business development plan for target markets and ensure alignment with the AWS strategic direction and working with key internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 10+ years of solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry experience
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- 10+ years of experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 10+ years of experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
