About the Role
Join a dedicated Critical Care Step Down Unit specializing in patient populations such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis. As an RN, you will utilize skills including EKG interpretation, central line care, rescue Bi-PAP, high-flow oxygen, and bedside procedures like endoscopies and bronchoscopies.
Work in a 14-bed unit equipped with advanced technology such as patient lifts, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring. Collaborate with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, providers, PT, and OT staff.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio RN licensure
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- PRN candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience and all certifications at time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree
- Magnet-recognized professional certification
