Plumbing Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of plumbers in the installation and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems. They will also manage projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all work is completed within scope and on time.
• Train and supervise a team of plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing management or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay
