Water Project Manager

Description

McClure is seeking a skilled Project Manager for its growing Water team. The Project Manager will lead a variety of high visibility and critical projects for the organization.

Demonstrated Ability

• Operate as an influential and collaborative part of the leadership team
• Build client base and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong understanding of financials – achieve group profit and net revenue growth
• Champion process execution and friction-free project delivery in partnership with department leadership
• Show strong community presence through volunteer work on boards, commissions, and organizations
• Understand high-level water and wastewater innovations
• Lead and execute team business development processes

Education And/or Experience Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economic Development, Business, Finance, or related field
• Seven to ten years of progressive management experience in water, wastewater, storm water or other utilities related field
• Sustained success at building new and maintaining existing client relationships
• Professional Engineering License, MBA, or history of successfully managing a profitable team
