Plant 1 - Assistant Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Workers and Utility Workers assigned to the designated work area.
• Train workers on proper processes, procedures, and documentation within the designated area.
• Set up equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Supervisory experience (a plus).
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air‑logic breakdowns of equipment and facilities (required).

Physical Demands

The position requires frequent alternating between sitting and standing, repetitive motion, and lifting, bending, twisting, and turning.

Work Environment

Employees may be occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. Noise levels are usually moderate but can be occasionally loud. Use of personal protective equipment such as vinyl or latex gloves is occasionally required.
