Physical Therapist in-home care Rio Rancho

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred, not required.
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
