About the role
As a Relationship Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, communicating effectively, and handling tasks efficiently within established guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to provide exceptional client service, introduce clients to new products and services, and assist other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients
- Develop relationships and introduce clients to new products and services
- Provide financial and credit services
- Aid other departments as needed
- Offer exceptional client service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
- 6+ months of successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- Strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loans
- Ability to think logically and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of various computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
Desired Skills

Work Environment
- Flexible scheduling as business needs allow
- May need to lift, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead
- May need to work overtime (typically no more than 5%)
