Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
- Six months or more of successful sales experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Passionate and motivated self-starter.
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
- A strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
- The ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- The capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
Qualifications
- Desired skills: Passionate and motivated self-starter, bilingual language skills, previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience, six months or more of successful sales experience, strong work ethic, ability to think logically, ability to calculate figures and amounts, ability to work with multiple computer and software systems, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, ability to demonstrate a broad base of financial and credit services, ability to assist other departments as needed, strong rapport with clients and fellow associates, treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

- Incentive and Benefits: This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase your overall compensation. Incentives are earned quarterly based on the associate’s performance against the defined metrics as outlined in the score card. Pay
