Responsibilities

  • Work with others by building and maintaining relationships.

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.

  • Build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates.
  • Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
  • Six months or more of successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Able to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
