About the role

As a Relationship Banker I, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, communicating effectively, and handling tasks efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to provide exceptional client service and introduce clients to new products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients
  • Develop relationships and introduce clients to new products and services
  • Provide financial and credit services
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Offer exceptional client service to a diverse audience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience
  • 6+ months of successful sales experience
  • Bilingual language skills
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter
  • A strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loans
  • Able to think logically and make sound decisions
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work overtime (up to 5%) as needed
  • Flexible scheduling as business needs allow

Desired Skills
