PEPI: Manager - Commercial Due Diligence

About the role

Managers lead major diligence workstreams, translating high-level hypotheses into structured analyses and coaching teams to deliver insight-rich outputs. Key responsibilities include owning 1–2 core workstreams, designing analytical approaches, managing consultants and associates, ensuring analytical rigor, coherence, and insight quality, and synthesizing findings into clear implications for the deal thesis. They partner closely with the Director on issue framing and prioritization.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier business school (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, PE, or adjacent roles
  • Strong problem-structuring and analytical leadership skills

What Success Looks Like

Delivers airtight workstreams that stand up to IC scrutiny, develops junior talent effectively, and becomes the “go-to” owner for specific diligence modules.

Pay

$125,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.

Schedule

Full-time positions and part-time positions are offered, with regular employees working 30 or more hours per week.
