A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries. The PEPI practice focuses on improving operating results at portfolio companies for middle market and large cap private equity firms.

Responsibilities

• Own well-defined analytical modules (e.g., TAM sizing, pricing analysis)
• Translate workstream objectives into executable analyses
• Lead expert interviews and customer calls
• Review Associate outputs and ensure analytical quality
• Contribute to synthesis and storyline development

Requirements

• Moves from “analysis” to “insight”
• Anticipates downstream questions
• Trusted to independently run modules

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial due diligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits

The salary range is $100,000-$170,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program and a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are also eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, sick time, and holidays.

Schedule

Full-time positions are offered, with regular employees working 30 or more hours per week.
