A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries. The PEPI practice focuses on improving operating results at portfolio companies for middle market and large cap private equity firms.
Responsibilities
- Own well-defined analytical modules (e.g., TAM sizing, pricing analysis)
- Translate workstream objectives into executable analyses
- Lead expert interviews and customer calls
- Review Associate outputs and ensure analytical quality
- Contribute to synthesis and storyline development
Requirements
- Moves from “analysis” to “insight”
- Anticipates downstream questions
- Trusted to independently run modules
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial due diligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
The salary range is $100,000-$170,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program and a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are also eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, sick time, and holidays.

Schedule
