About the Team
A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving middle-market and large-cap private equity firms that have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our professionals are aligned with a PEPI service line to promote the development of deep functional skills and experiences and to maximize our ability to tailor solutions to solve our clients' business issues.

Responsibilities
- Own well-defined analytical modules (e.g., TAM sizing, pricing analysis)
- Translate workstream objectives into executable analyses
- Lead expert interviews and customer calls
- Review Associate outputs and ensure analytical quality
- Contribute to synthesis and storyline development

Pay
The salary range is $100,000–$170,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
