A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries. The PEPI practice focuses on helping private equity firms improve operating results at their portfolio companies. This role involves owning analytical modules, leading expert interviews, and contributing to synthesis and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own well-defined analytical modules (e.g., TAM sizing, pricing analysis)
- Translate workstream objectives into executable analyses
- Lead expert interviews and customer calls
- Review Associate outputs and ensure analytical quality
- Contribute to synthesis and storyline development
Requirements
- Moves from “analysis” to “insight”
- Anticipates downstream questions
- Trusted to independently run modules
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Benefits
The salary range is $100,000-$170,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program and a 401(k)-retirement plan. Employees are also eligible for paid time off, including vacation, personal days, sick time, and holidays.
Pay
$100,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on experience and location
Schedule
