Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
• Supervise and provide guidance to other behavior analysts and therapists
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and plan next steps
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

• Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in providing ABA therapy for children with autism
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licenses and certifications required for practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
• Experience working with children with autism
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and interventions

Pay

$75,000 - $75,000/year

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (No evenings, no weekends EVER!)
