Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions for children with autism
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
- Supervise and provide guidance to other behavior analysts and therapists
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and plan next steps
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
- Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in providing ABA therapy for children with autism
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licenses and certifications required for practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Experience working with children with autism
- Knowledge of ABA techniques and interventions

Pay
$75,000 - $75,000/year
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM (No evenings, no weekends EVER!)
