Role Summary
At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, we are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient pediatric team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, and ethical ABA services
Qualifications
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Ability to provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Knowledge of interdisciplinary collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines
- Ability to model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization
