Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
- Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals
- Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification from the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
