Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible across multiple locations, with rapid but carefully planned expansion.

About the role

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. This is an opportunity to head our growing ABA program.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of BCaBAs and RBTs
  • Coordination and provision of ABA services, functional analyses, and assessments
  • Development and implementation of behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Teaching adaptive life skills
  • Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans
  • Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed
  • Educating caregivers and family members on patient care
  • Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients
  • Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress to provide the best treatment programs

Requirements

  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Patience and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
  • Flexibility in managing a caseload
