Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized intervention plans
- Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Fellows, and newly certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Partner closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Psychologists to provide comprehensive and collaborative care
- Work in a fully equipped center environment
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Total compensation ranges from $72,000 to $109,000, including base salary and achievable bonuses.
Schedule
Work-from-home two days per month for administrative work, treatment planning, and progress observation conferences (POCs).
