Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • Develop individualized intervention plans
  • Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Fellows, and newly certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Partner closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Psychologists to provide comprehensive and collaborative care
  • Work in a fully equipped center environment

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Pay

Total compensation ranges from $72,000 to $109,000, including base salary and achievable bonuses.

Schedule

Work-from-home two days per month for administrative work, treatment planning, and progress observation conferences (POCs).
