Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized intervention plans
- Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs
- Partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for comprehensive and collaborative care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Pay
Total Compensation: $70,000 – $103,000 Base salary + achievable bi-weekly rewards based on client engagementBonus model designed by clinicians (not corporate metrics)
