Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • Develop individualized intervention plans
  • Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Fellows, and newly certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Partner closely with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Psychologists for comprehensive and collaborative care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states

Pay

Total Compensation: $79,000 – $118,750, including base salary and achievable bonuses

Schedule

Work-From-Home Days: Two days per month for administrative work, treatment planning, and POCs
