To ensure the highest quality of care, Milestone only employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)—you will not spend your days compensating for undertrained staff. You’ll get to focus your efforts on doing actual clinical work that fills your cup and moves the needle for our kids and their families.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
• Willingness to provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to team members pursuing BCBA certification and accruing fieldwork hours
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping kids thrive
