Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Role Overview
At Therapeds, an H2 Health company, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide clinical oversight, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
