Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Role Overview
At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, we are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position offers the opportunity to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and build meaningful relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs)
- Model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
