Responsibilities
- Follow client care plans and complete daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets.
- Encourage client independence and provide basic personal care, including bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal preparation, feeding, oral hygiene, transfers, and use of mobility equipment.
- Maintain safety and infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Perform secondary duties as needed, such as light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Respect client confidentiality, privacy, and rights.
- Assist with self-administration of medications (without direct administration).
- Report any changes in client condition, safety hazards, or abuse to the staffing agency promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred; ability to read and write required.
- Minimum 6 months caregiving experience validated through references.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Reporting
Accountable to the Home Care Manager and staffing agency staff regarding client care and staffing issues.
