Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Spray gel coat on molds within the CMP spray booth or small parts spray booth
• Apply gel coat within specified thicknesses and colors, free of defects
• Complete all duties required to maintain the schedule on the specified spray booth
• Wear specialized PPE with fresh air breathers while applying material
• Prime, start-up, operate, and shut down gel coat and catalyst pumps to support daily operations
• Complete documentation (ISPCS) for each part
• Maintain a good understanding of gel coat defects and associated root causes
• Train new Associates in that specific booth
• Maintain gel booth coverings and filters
• Serve as hose man assisting gel coaters in 4 booths
• Operate forklift
• Perform other duties as assigned
