- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional pastry chef experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
