About the role
This role supports daily resort operations, banquets, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Bake pastries, desserts, and bake goods that reflect Hyatt standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a baker or pasty cook preferred.
- Culinary or pastry education a plus.
- Knowledge of baking and food safety standards.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality and presentation.
