Responsibilities
- Manage production schedule and ensure timely food preparation
- Prepare quality food and maintain pleasing presentations
- Maintain food handling and quality assurance standards
- Taste and ensure quality of mise en place
- Set up work area as specified and leave it clean
- Handle dishes and assist stewards as needed
- Work service with attention to detail, cleanliness, and promptness
- Clean station thoroughly at the end of shift
- Fulfill prep lists accurately and communicate needs to management
- Perform cross-training and other tasks as directed
- Participate in weekly deep cleaning projects and scheduled maintenance
Qualifications
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in close proximity with colleagues
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for food and beverage
