Responsibilities

  • Manage production schedule and ensure timely food preparation
  • Prepare quality food and maintain pleasing presentations
  • Maintain food handling and quality assurance standards
  • Taste and ensure quality of mise en place
  • Set up work area as specified and leave it clean
  • Handle dishes and assist stewards as needed
  • Work service with attention to detail, cleanliness, and promptness
  • Clean station thoroughly at the end of shift
  • Fulfill prep lists accurately and communicate needs to management
  • Perform cross-training and other tasks as directed
  • Participate in weekly deep cleaning projects and scheduled maintenance

Qualifications

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in close proximity with colleagues
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for food and beverage
