About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, providing direct patient care in clients' residences.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal hygiene, transfers, and mobility
- Administering basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision
- Preparing meals considering dietary needs
- Offering companionship and engaging activities
- Performing light housekeeping
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reporting changes in clients' conditions
Qualifications
- Maintaining certification with DFS
- High school diploma or GED
- Sympathetic attitude toward patient care
- Adherence to the Plan of Care and confidentiality
- Travel within specified areas is required

- Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
