Part Time - Store Associate

About the role

Retail Store Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting smooth store operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Restocking shelves, maintaining proper store conditions, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Managing product rotation, resolving price discrepancies, and adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operating store equipment such as slicers, scales, and kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
• Supporting other departments and participating in store-wide promotions as needed.
• Performing additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of retail store operations and customer service principles.
• Accurate vision, ability to differentiate product lines, and strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience operating kitchen and store equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and computerized machines.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
