Part Time - Store Associate

About the role

Retail Store Associate responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with friendly, professional service and inquiries.
• Restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and rotate products.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, scales, and food prep tools.
• Support other departments and participate in store promotions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to use various equipment (slicers, scales, food prep tools).
• Ability to work in a grocery store environment with temperature ranges from 50°F to 90°F.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail store operations preferred.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
