Part Time - Store Associate

About the role

As a Retail Store Associate, you will ensure smooth store operations by delivering exceptional customer service, restocking shelves, slicing deli meat, receiving products, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance to customers and address inquiries.
• Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions through stocking, cleaning, and product rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in work areas, following safety and food regulations.
• Resolve price discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales.
• Assist in other departments as needed and collaborate on sales promotions.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Basic retail store knowledge; customer service skills.
• Ability to differentiate products, read, and operate various equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Some retail experience preferred.

Schedule

Open availability, part-time with potential for full-time, second shift. Candidates must demonstrate attendance, initiative, safety, and productivity in a community-focused retail environment.
