Part Time - Store Associate

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining store shelves, coolers, and cases through stocking, cleaning, and product rotation.
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Minimizing shrinkage by resolving price discrepancies promptly.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with regulations.
• Assisting other departments as needed and supporting sales promotions.
• Performing additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications And Skills

• Knowledge of retail store operations is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, courteous customer service, and ability to read.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales.
• Experience preferred but not required; 0-2 years in retail is suitable.

Position Details

• Part-Time role with potential for full-time opportunities.
• Available shifts include morning, day, and evening.
• Location: Grocery store environment with temperature range of 50F to 90F.
