About the role

Join as a Retail Store Associate to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Stocking, cleaning, and rotating products on shelves, coolers, and cases.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation according to safety standards.
• Resolving price discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
• Properly maintaining equipment and following food safety procedures.
• Assisting other departments and supporting sales promotions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of retail store operations preferred. Strong attention to detail, courteous customer service, and ability to read and retain product information. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales. Some experience in retail is preferred but not required.
