Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Restock shelves
- Slice deli meats
- Receive products
- Assist customers
- Process transactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
- Resolve price discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments for promotions and special requests
- Assist customers and maintain store presentation
- Stock, rotate, and clean product displays and equipment
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Support other departments as needed and participate in store promotions
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail store operations and ability to learn product lines
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- 0-2 years retail experience preferred
Skills
- Courtious, friendly customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales
- Availability for morning, day, or evening shifts, with potential for full-time opportunities
