Part Time - Store Associate

About the role

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities as a Retail Store Associate, responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties include restocking shelves, slicing deli items, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions, all while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Located in a grocery environment with temperatures between 50°F and 90°F.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer assistance
• Maintaining proper store conditions, stock, and cleanliness
• Resolving pricing discrepancies and ensuring product safety and sanitation
• Operating equipment such as slicers, scales, and kitchen appliances
• Supporting other departments and storewide promotions
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail store operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail, courteous customer service, and reading skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment
• Some retail experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-time with potential for full-time, flexible shifts, primarily first shift. Emphasizes attendance, initiative, safety, and productivity.
