Part Time - Restaurant Supervisor

Role: Team Leader in a high-volume food service environment. Responsibilities Guide and supervise a small team to ensure fast, friendly service and fresh food.Oversee daily operations, including shift coverage and team coordination.Coach team members on service standards, safety, and quality.Supervise food preparation, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.Support inventory management and product presentation.Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and inclusivity.Assist in staff development to foster growth and positive guest experiences. Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in a food service or retail environment.Strong communication and team-building skills.Ability to manage operations and motivate team members.Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.Competence in cash handling and POS systems.
