About the role

The Shift Supervisor leads restaurant operations during shifts, supports training, and ensures quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead staff deployment and scheduling
  • Train new hires and support program rollouts
  • Maintain equipment and systems
  • Uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Resolve guest and team member concerns
  • Manage cash handling and financial procedures
  • Conduct inventory and ordering tasks
  • Follow shift checklists and operational protocols
  • Communicate updates and operational changes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
  • Proven leadership or mentoring success
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to enforce operational and safety standards
  • Maintain composure during busy periods
  • Obtain food safety and alcohol certifications promptly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
