About the role
The Shift Supervisor leads restaurant operations during shifts, supports training, and ensures quality guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead staff deployment and scheduling
- Train new hires and support program rollouts
- Maintain equipment and systems
- Uphold food safety and quality standards
- Resolve guest and team member concerns
- Manage cash handling and financial procedures
- Conduct inventory and ordering tasks
- Follow shift checklists and operational protocols
- Communicate updates and operational changes
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
- Proven leadership or mentoring success
- Strong decision-making skills
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to enforce operational and safety standards
- Maintain composure during busy periods
- Obtain food safety and alcohol certifications promptly
- Strong communication skills
- Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
