Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts, supporting training, standards, and guest experience
• Ensure smooth daily operations by managing deployment, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Train new hires, support program rollouts, and uphold safety and quality standards
• Address guest and team concerns, escalate issues appropriately
• Manage cash, process refunds, and monitor shift checklists
• Communicate updates and support team in achieving goals
• Model, teach, and demonstrate company purpose, foster a welcoming environment, and ensure operational excellence to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including peak hours
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required
