Part Time Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications and compare candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of hourly positions.
• Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Ask meaningful follow-up questions to better understand candidates' work history, motivations, and career goals.
• Evaluate candidate quality and determine whether they should advance in the interview process.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and internal recruiters for qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

About the role

This role supports high-volume hiring efforts for hourly positions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and people-focused, understanding that successful recruiting involves finding the right fit rather than just filling interview schedules.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is beneficial.

Skills

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle high volumes of applications, and a strong understanding of the recruiting process. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
