Part Time Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews in both languages
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• 25 hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule
• $21/hr. starting pay
