Responsibilities
- Receives, screens, and files incoming applicants
- Sources candidates for seasonal part-time positions
- Schedules and coordinates interviews
- Cohosts and manages high-volume recruiting events
- Coordinates with hiring managers for interviews
- Extends written and verbal offers
- Supports inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with high-volume hiring or staffing is strongly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in high velocity environment
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Excellent attention to detail
Schedule
- This position is anticipated to work 10-20 hours per week
- Shifts are either 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- The employee will be working remotely the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions when attending local events
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The employee must be available to work at local events in person
- The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms
- The employee is regularly required to talk or hear
