Key Responsibilities
- Recruit for diverse talent on all tiers within manufacturing, operations, business, and specialized fragrance industry roles, ensuring alignment with Osmo's mission and values.
- Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from strategic sourcing to offer.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage high-quality candidates while leveraging networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and craft unique recruitment strategies.
- Leverage Ashby (or similar ATS) to streamline the hiring process and coordinating interviews candidate on-site, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with HR to optimize recruitment workflows, meet tight hiring cycles, and continuously enhance the candidate journey.
- Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future needs, establishing meaningful connections, trust and rapport to ensure a valued and informed candidate experience.
- Champion the Osmo story, inspiring candidates by effectively communicating Osmo's mission, culture, values and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and a proven track record of successfully filling roles across manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
- Direct sourcing experience (ie. LinkedIn Recruiter) with a demonstrated ability to build diverse and qualified pipelines for a variety of positions and levels.
- Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby or Greenhouse.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent time and task management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and making things happen efficiently and effectively.
- Passionate about building teams, sharing excitement for Osmo’s innovative journey.
- Able to be onsite at least 3 days per week in NJ.
